Kyrgyz and British FMs discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation

Bishkek, June 5, 2023. / Kabar /. On June 5, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev received British Foreign Minister Leo Dockerty, the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of bilateral Kyrgyz-British cooperation.

The Kyrgyz minister noted the importance of strengthening and expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation with the UK.

The sides outlined the existing potential for the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, especially in the field of education, as well as expanding ties between the citizens of the two countries.

The sides also discussed issues of the regional and international agenda.
