Bishkek, May 7, 2018 / Kabar /. A bilateral forum "Expert-analytical dialogue Kyrgyzstan-China" has started in Bishkek at the congress hall of the Ala-Archa state residence.
During the Forum, experts will discuss and analyze topical issues of interstate cooperation with a view to working out operational recommendations to the governments of the two countries and promoting bilateral relations to a new qualitative level.
The Forum is expected to involve the expert community of China and the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kyrgyz Republic and representatives of relevant state bodies. The event will be held in four stages: the official part and three sessions.
In the official part, Dinara Kemelova, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ambassador of China to the Kyrgyz Republic Xiao Qinghua, as well as ex-Foreign Minister Muratbek Imanaliev, Director of the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Sun Zhuangzhi spoke with plenary reports on the strategic cooperation of Kyrgyzstan with China within the framework of the One-Belt, One Road Initiative.
Further, during three sessions, the participants of the expert platform will discuss the format, priority directions and practical instruments for cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China. Based on the results of each part of the Forum, experts will announce the results of the discussions.
