Kyrgyz and Moscow exchanges sign Memorandum of Cooperation

Issyk-Kul, Aug. 19, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange CJSC and the Moscow Exchange PJSC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The document was signed at the Kyrgyz-Russian Business Forum in Issyk-Kul.

The Memorandum is aimed at developing the exchange markets of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, improving trading systems, systems of interaction with clearing, depository and settlement structures, as well as the development of financial technologies and instruments.

President of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange Medet Nazaraliyev said that the signing of an official document with the partners will give a new impetus to mutual development.

"Today we signed an official document with our partner, Moscow Exchange, which will put a new round of development for mutually beneficial partnership between the parties. As part of the Memorandum implementation, there will be an active exchange of information on exchange instruments and their issuers. We will exchange experience in the development of IT - infrastructure and introduction of the best world practices of exchange trading, pre - and post - trading procedures," Nazaraliyev added.
