Bishkek, Sept. 22, 2023. /Kabar/. Member of the Kyrgyz national wrestling team Aisuluu Tynybekova won a gold medal at the World Championship in Belgrade, Serbia.
Tynybekova in the weight category up to 62 kg won four victories in a row over athletes from Poland, Moldova, Ukraine and Germany and reached the final.
In the fight for gold, the Kyrgyzstani woman defeated Japanese Sakura Motoki with a score of 4:1 and became a three-time world champion. Tynybekova also won a license to participate in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Previously, Aiperi Medet kyzy won the Olympic license.
Aisuluu Tynybekova won the world championships in 2019 and 2021.
