Kyrgyz athlete takes 5th place in 100-meter race at World Championship

Bishkek, Aug. 21, 2023 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstani Timur Isakov took the 5th place at the World Athletics Championship in the 100m race, the Athletics Federation of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to the results of the race, Isakov could not reach the next stage of the competition, but showed his best result in electronic timing - 11.22.

The main track and field competitions are currently taking place in the capital of Hungary, Budapest. Kyrgyzstan is represented by two athletes.
