Bishkek, Dec. 6, 2024. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz athlete Smadiyar Zhumakadyrov won gold medal at the 10th Asian-Pacific Olympic Deaf Games in Greco-Roman wrestling, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports reported.
The athlete competed in the 60 kg weight category and won, beating wrestlers from India, Iran and Kazakhstan, winning the gold medal.
This victory was a significant achievement for Kyrgyzstan and a continuation of the country's success in deaf sports, the report said.
