Bishkek, May 10, 2024. /Kabar/. On May 8-9, Karaganda hosted the international tournament “Victory Cup” in ITF taekwon-do, President of the Federation of Original Taekwon-Do ITF of the Kyrgyz Republic Tagaibaev Temirlan told.
400 taekwondo athletes from Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Uralsk, Semsk and Bishkek took part in the competition.
The tournament included professional fights among juniors and men.
Kyrgyzstan was represented by the World Cup and Central Asian Championship medalist Adelina Alimbekova.
As a result of the competition, the athletes of Kyrgyzstan were awarded:
Gold medals - 4
Silver medals - 6
Bronze medals - 4
