Bishkek, Oct.17, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstanis Khalit Aliyev and Argen Baktybekov won silver medals at the Asian Youth Championship in UAE.
The tournament is taking place in Fujairah these days.
Aliyev lost in the finals to Chinese athlete Pu Yang in the weight category under 80 kg. In the semifinals, the boxer defeated Kazakhstani Madi Amirov.
Baktybekov competed in the weight category over 80 kg. In the semifinals he defeated Alhosani Abdullah of the UAE. The Kyrgyz boxer lost to Zahongir Zakirov from Uzbekistan.
