Bishkek, Feb. 2, 2022. / Kabar /. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov visited the Taldy-Bulak Levoberezhny field in Chui Oblast, the press service of the Cabinet reported.
During the trip, the chairman of the Cabinet got acquainted with the control center of the mining complex, as well as the technology of ore mining.
Then Akylbek Zhaparov visited the gold recovery plant and got acquainted with the state of the tailings, where production wastes are stored.
The head of the Cabinet noted the need for strict observance of environmental and industrial safety, as well as labor protection at the enterprise.
In conclusion, Akylbek Zhaparov held a working meeting with the team and management of the company, where development prospects and problems of Altynken LLC were discussed.
The owner of the license for the development of the Taldy-Bulak Levoberezhny field is the Chinese company Altynken, the owner of a 60% stake in the company is the Chinese side, 40% belongs to Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC.
The estimated gold reserves at this deposit are 78 tons. Along with gold, silver and copper are extracted here. There are 987 people working in the company, 917 of which are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
