Bishkek, April 15, 2021 . / Kabar / . Seven makeshift hospitals with 745 beds are deployed in Bishkek for treatment of patients with COVID-19, Bakytbyubyu Shamyrkanova, the head of the Department of Medical and Epidemiological Care of the Health Department of the Bishkek Mayor's Office said at a briefing on Thursday.
Currently, 532 people are being treated in hospitals, condition of 321 of them is assessed as moderately severe, 162 are severely, 27 are extremely severe. There are 48 patients in intensive care.
213 beds are available.
"In addition, there are currently 2 thousand 584 patients under medical supervision, including 971 city residents with a positive PCR test, but with an asymptomatic form of the disease," she said.
Also Shamyrkanova specified that 18 mobile brigades operate in the capital.
Besides, she said that 11 thousand 749 citizens have applied to the self-diagnostic hotline 118 since the beginning of the year.
