Kyrgyz capital hosts EXPO Eurasia-Kyrgyzstan 2021 opening

Bishkek, March 26, 2021. / Kabar / . EXPO Eurasia-Kyrgyzstan 2021 exhibition will be a step towards the revival of economic activity in the country and increase export potential, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Artem Novikov said during an opening ceremony of the event, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government said on Friday.

"Today's event is the first serious event after a significant decline in economic activity in 2020, which gives it a special value and status. It is such events that are designed to unite entrepreneurs, to stimulate export directions, which will ensure the development of economic activity," Artem Novikov said.

The first deputy prime minister noted the Government's efforts to support entrepreneurial activity.

"The Government pays great attention to supporting and restoring economic activity in our country. President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed decrees "On Protection of Property and Support of Entrepreneurs and Investors", "On Additional Measures to Protect Entrepreneurs", which show a high level of attention to the issues of resumption of economic activity and support to entrepreneurs. I am convinced that in the very near future the Programs of the Government in these areas will yield results,” he stressed.

Artem Novikov wished all the participants fruitful and effective work, as well as achieving the goals and planned contracts.

The universal exhibition EXPO Eurasia-Kyrgyzstan 2021 will be held in Bishkek on March 26-28 and from March 34 to Apr. 4.

It is a large-scale exhibition project, which includes a complex of events: specialized international exhibitions, thematic exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences and forums.

The main areas are construction, design, interiors, transport and logistics, banks and investments, leasing, energy, fire and technical security, and insurance companies.
