Bishkek, June 17, 2020. /Kabar/. Today, 100 Kyrgyz citizens from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have returned to Kyrgyzstan.
According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, the citizens arrived on a charter flight operated by Pakistan International Airlines on the Islamabad-Bishkek-Islamabad route, organized jointly with the Pakistani side to transport Kyrgyz citizens from Pakistan and Pakistani citizens from Kyrgyzstan.
All those who arrived are placed under surveillance (observation) to undergo appropriate medical procedures in accordance with the established procedure.
"The work on the return of Kyrgyz citizens from abroad which is being carried out in accordance with the instructions of President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic because of temporary closure of borders and the suspension of international passenger air traffic due to the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the world continues,” the report says.
