Kyrgyz citizens not injured as a result of attacks in Vienna

Bishkek, Nov. 3, 2020 / Kabar /. As a result of the attacks in Vienna, Kyrgyz citizens did not suffer, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

On Nov. 2 this year a group of unknown assailants carried out a series of shooting attacks in six different locations in Vienna.

As a result of the attack, 4 people were killed, 18 more were injured.

According to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Austria, there are no citizens of Kyrgyzstan among the victims.

“Given the continued high level of security threats, we recommend our citizens and compatriots in Vienna to avoid crowded places and public transport as much as possible,” the statement said.
