Bishkek, Dec.12, 2024. /Kabar/. A business meeting between Kyrgyzstan and Croatia took place in Bishkek, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The meeting was attended by President of the Kyrgyz CCI Temir Sariev, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia Gordan Grlich-Radman, as well as representatives of business circles of both countries.
In his speech, Temir Sariev emphasized the significant potential for joint work between the countries and noted the importance of discussing specific projects within the framework of the meeting.
“Kyrgyzstan, due to its geographical location and open trade policy, is of interest to Croatian companies seeking to enter Central Asian markets. In turn, Croatia, as a member of the European Union, opens access to European markets for Kyrgyz producers,” the head of the Kyrgyz CCI noted.
The parties highlighted key areas of cooperation, including pharmaceuticals, construction industry, financial sector and tourism.
Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić-Radman noted that taking into account the status of the WSP+, the Croatian side is ready to strengthen the work.
