On New Year's Eve, First Deputy Foreign Minister Nuran Niyazaliev as well as Honorary Consuls of the Kingdom of Belgium Chynara Esengeldieva, Italy Maria Bespalova, Chile Nurlan Choloyev and the Netherlands Elena Yun visited the Hematology Department at the National Center for Mother and Child Protection in Bishkek.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported that Niyazaliev made a congratulatory speech, thanking the leadership and staff of the Center for their selfless work and care for the health of citizens, as well as congratulated the children receiving treatment with the New Year 2022 and wished them a speedy recovery, fortitude and commitment to self-development and knowledge.
A charity event was organized with the support of the Honorary Consul Club, during which New Year's treats and books were given to 113 young patients of the Children's Department.
In turn, Director of the National Center for Maternal and Child Health Gulzat Maimerova thanked the guests for their assistance and wished them a Happy New Year.
Charity events have become a good tradition of the ministry and will be held on a regular basis.
