Bishkek, Dec. 14, 2023. / Kabar/. Since the beginning of the year, doctors from the National Center for Maternal and Child Health have performed 8 successful kidney transplants, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
Such operations on the basis of the Scientific Center for Medical and Radiology have been successfully have been carried out by Kyrgyz surgeons since 2018.
To date, a total of 44 operations have been performed, including 8 in 2023, the report said.
