Bishkek, Apr. 3, 2020 / Kabar /. Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Kanybek Isakov spoke about preparations for distance learning at schools and universities.
He said that distance learning will begin on Apr. 8, children will study at home in the fourth quarter.
The ministry also approved the Anti-Crisis Plan for overcoming the current situation.
He said that a unified schedule of television lessons in Kyrgyz and Russian was worked out, more than two hundred teachers of the cities of Bishkek and Osh were involved in the process.
Thus, the lessons will be broadcasted on the TV channels “Balastan” (grades 1-4), “Ilim jana bilim”, ElTR, Pyramid, channel 5, Sanat TV, which are also available on Youtube. Lesson materials will be posted on oku.edu.gov.kg portal;
For interaction and feedback of teachers with students, the usual messengers and the following platforms will be used: Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google classroom;
The minister also noted that the date for the all republican testing is planned to be moved, the issues of registration and the testing process are being worked out taking into account the current situation. Applicants will be able to obtain the necessary information on the testing.kg website.
“Intellectual, cognitive, creative and sports programs and programs on TV in a game form are provided for preschool children,” Isakov said.
