Bishkek, Oct.5, 2019. /Kabar/. An event, dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the State Language”, took place in the Kyrgyz Embassy in Belarus.
The press service of the Embassy said that the event was attended by representatives of state and public organizations, members of the Union of Writers of Belarus, as well as compatriots and students of Kyrgyzstan studying at universities in Belarus.
Within the framework of the events a film about the attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan’s nature and tourist opportunities of the country was shown, as well as a performance of the Kyrgyz folk dance.
Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Ermek Ibrayimov made a welcoming speech, and noted the significance and importance of preserving the Kyrgyz culture and language. In addition, after briefly talking about Kyrgyzstan, he invited Belarusian friends to visit the country.
At the end of the event, Ambassador Ibrayimov expressed his gratitude for active participation and presented letters of thanks on behalf of the Embassy.
