Bishkek, June 25, 2021 . / Kabar /. The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in South Korea is participating in Seoul International Tourism Fair 2021 (SITIF 2021), which is taking place on June 24-27, 2021 in Seoul.
As part of the exhibition, the Embassy is presenting Kyrgyzstan.
The press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy reported that an opening ceremony of the exhibition was held on June 24, where Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Dinara Kemelova took part along with the officials of South Korea and ambassadors of foreign countries.
This time, due to quarantine regulations in South Korea, Kyrgyz tour operators were not able to participate in the exhibition (except for Travel Land, which sent a local representative).
As part of the presentation, videos about the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan are demonstrated, brochures of travel agencies of the republic are distributed, guests are invited to explore Kyrgyzstan virtually by VR-glasses, as well as information about the beautiful nature and rich culture of the Kyrgyz people.
In addition, the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan is presenting export potential, including felt products of domestic artisans, as well as environmentally friendly Kyrgyz products (Kyrgyz white honey and chocolate) supplied to Korea by NAG Group.
SITIF is one of the largest international tourism exhibitions in the Asian region, which is held in Seoul on an annual basis and brings together tour operators and travel agencies from around the world.
