Kyrgyz Embassy in Turkey hosting voting in presidential elections and referendum

Bishkek, Jan. 10, 2021. /Kabar/. Within the framework of early presidential elections and referendum, voting started on Jan. 10 at 8:00 a.m. local time at polling station No.9036 at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said.

Under the restrictive measures on going out on weekends in Turkey and in order to realize the voting rights of Kyrgyz citizens, an agreement has been reached with the Turkish authorities to allow Kyrgyzstanis to go outdoors to vote in the early presidential election and the referendum.

All Kyrgyz citizens previously included in the voter list will be able to vote at the polling station which is open until 8:00 p.m. local time.
