Bishkek, April 8, 2022 . / Kabar /. First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan Azamat Mambetov met in Bishkek with Head of Doctors Without Borders representative office in Russia Stefan Grosse Ryskamp and Deputy Head Morag Hill.
In his speech, the first deputy head of the Kyrgyz Emergency Ministry welcomed the head of the organization and expressed gratitude for the fruitful long-term cooperation, the press service of the ministry reported.
"We appreciate your work and care for our citizens during the pandemic, when it was a very difficult situation throughout the country and for the humanitarian assistance provided in the fight against the coronavirus," Mambetov said.
In turn, Stefan Grosse Ryskamp thanked Azamat Mambetov for the meeting, the success of multi-year cooperation, noting that the international organization is always ready to support the improvement of the ministry's capacity.
The head of the organization expressed willingness to continue the fruitful cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding and expressed hope for the implementation of agreements reached and the successful cooperation.
