Bishkek, May 7, 2019. / Kabar /. The 65th International Short Film Festival was held in Oberhausen, Germany from May 1 to 6.
Karash Zhanyshov represented Kyrgyzstan at the festival with the Kosh bol film.
As a result, by the decision of the jury, the Kosh bol film was awarded the Special mention of the jury prize.
The festival has been accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations since 1960 and the winner automatically becomes a nominee for the Oscar Film Awards.
The Kosh bol film is a winner at the Kyrgyzstan-country of short films film festival and the young Umut forum.
