Kyrgyz FM expresses condolences to his Turkish counterpart over major earthquake

Bishkek, Feb. 6, 2023. / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev expressed condolences to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye Mevlut Cavusoglu in connection with the numerous casualties and destruction as a result of the earthquake in Turkey on February 6, 2023.

“With deep sorrow I learned about the earthquake in several provinces of Turkey. I express my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, wish a speedy recovery to the injured, and a speedy recovery to the fraternal Turkish people," the minister's condolence says.

Recall, tonight in Turkey and Syria there was a strong earthquake measuring 7.8 points at the epicenter. According to the latest data, as a result of a natural disaster, 284 people died and 2,383 were injured.
