Kyrgyz FM holds bilateral meetings with heads of delegations of several countries on margins of Munich Conference

Bishkek, Feb. 18, 2019. / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov held a series of bilateral meetings with heads of delegations of several countries on the margins of the Munich Security Conference on Feb. 16-17.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that in particular, meetings were held with the foreign ministers of Liechtenstein, the Philippines, Armenia and Georgia. The sides discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda, and exchanged views on regional and international issues.

Thus, during a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Justice and Culture of the Principality of Liechtenstein Aurelia Frick the sides discussed the possibility of resuming the project cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and Liechtenstein.

At a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Teodoro Loksin the sides addressed the issues of expanding the legal framework and cultural and humanitarian contacts through specific events. The sides noted the importance of developing cooperation in the mining and tourism sectors, as well as cooperation in the framework of inter-MFA consultations.
