Kyrgyz FM holds talks with his counterpart from Palestine

Bishkek, July 27, 2018 / Kabar /. Bishkek hosted bilateral talks between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine, Dr. Riyad Malki.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the foreign ministers discussed topical issues of bilateral relations, international issues, cooperation of the countries in the priority areas of mutual cooperation, as well as issues of cooperation within the framework of international organizations.

The sides noted with satisfaction the increased dynamics of bilateral relations, which began as a result of the first political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries (April 2018).

In order to further intensify political contacts between the two countries, the sides agreed to continue work on organizing visits at various levels and to intensify cultural and humanitarian cooperation. In this regard, Minister Abdildayev informed about the preparations for the Third World Nomad Games (September 2018), and expressed the hope that the Palestinian delegation will take an active part in them.

The foreign ministries of the two countries noted the importance of establishing mechanisms for cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, by creating the necessary legal framework and agreed to continue work on intensifying mutual cooperation.
