Bishkek, Feb. 7, 2023 / Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev today visited the Turkish Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic and left an entry in the book of condolences on the occasion of the day of mourning in Turkiye, declared after a strong earthquake that caused numerous casualties and destruction.
“It is with deep sorrow that I received the news of the earthquake that occurred in several provinces of Turkiye on February 6, 2023.
On behalf of the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, wish a speedy recovery to the injured, and a speedy recovery to the fraternal Turkish people,” said Jeenbek Kulubaev.
Turkish Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Ahmet Sadyk Dogan thanked Jeenbek Kulubaev for his attention and visit to the embassy to express condolences.
