Kyrgyz FM meets Director of Department for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia and OSCE of European External Action Service

Bishkek, Dec. 11, 2018. /Kabar/. A meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov and Director of the Department for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia and OSCE of the European External Action Service, head of the European Union negotiating group on the draft of the new agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU Luke Devine took place in Brussels on Monday.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the meeting, the sides discussed the progress of the negotiation process on the draft of the new agreement on expanded partnership and cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Abakirov and head of the program assistance and PPP department of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic Akjolov, as well as heads of the EU negotiation groups - Deputy Head of the Directorate General for Trade Zarnauskaite and Managing Director of the Central Asia Department of the European External Action Service Yaroshevich.
