Cholpon-Ata, July 21, 2022. /Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev spoke about the past Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia.
He told that leaders discussed a large and broad format of issues that relate to the life of the countries of Central Asia.
Thus, the sides discussed:
- Security in the Central Asian region, preservation of common security, the possibility of joint efforts to stabilize the situation in Afghanistan, the adoption of joint measures on cyber and information security;
- Development of trade and economy between Central Asian countries, building supply chains, food security, the possibility of strengthening trade and logistics centers, transit opportunities, delivery of goods, delivery cheaper, increasing trade turnover;
- Energy security;
- Joint development, investment attraction, mutual investment, joint ventures, production and production cooperation.
"I think that today's meeting was very successful, all participants were unanimous in the fact that the Central Asian countries need to unite, work together and develop," Minister Kulubaev added.
