Kyrgyz FM receives Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Mar. 19, 2019. /Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic Karim Kokrekbayev, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

At the meeting, the sides discussed organization of upcoming bilateral visits and meetings at the highest and high levels this year, including through the foreign affairs agencies of the two countries, exchanged views on upcoming multilateral international events and forums.

Special attention was paid to cooperation in the water and energy sectors, improving the work of some checkpoints at the Kyrgyz-Kazakh state border, as well as recognizing the equivalence of the veterinary system of Kyrgyzstan.
