Bishkek, Dec. 18, 2017 / Kabar/. Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev met today in Bishkek with Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Yuri Khachaturov.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that, at the meeting the sides discussed the results of the jubilee session of the Collective Security Council and a joint meeting of the CSTO statutory bodies that took place on Nov. 30 this year in Minsk, as well as priority areas for further cooperation in the field of regional security.
Khachaturov briefed about the current activities of the Organization and the planned work on the implementation of the decisions of the November session of the CSTO Collective Security Treaty Organization.
In his turn, Abdyldaev expressed interest in effective and mutually beneficial cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the CSTO in all areas that are in the interests of all parties.
