Bishkek, May 3, 2024. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan issued a message in connection with the publication of information in the media about the mass refusal of citizens of Kyrgyzstan to enter Russia.
As of May 2, 2024, no signals were received regarding cases of mass refusal of entry into the Russian Federation for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to the diplomatic mission and consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the ministry and foreign agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic are monitoring the current situation in the Russian Federation and its impact on the legal status of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan again recommends that fellow citizens who do not have compelling reasons to travel to the Russian Federation temporarily refrain from traveling to its territory until the previously introduced additional security measures and the regime of enhanced control of entry across the state border are lifted, and if they need to leave, check in advance for any restrictions on entry to the Russian Federation.
