Bishkek, Oct. 20, 2021 . / Kabar / . There are a number of privileges for compatriots with foreign citizenship, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Artykbayev said at a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He added that foreign nationals with the status of a compatriot with foreign citizenship are granted the following rights and privileges:
- possibility of visa-free entry/exit to the territory of Kyrgyzstan;
- permanently reside in Kyrgyzstan without residence permit;
- to carry out labor activities without registration of labor visa and work permit;
- registration at the place of stay in a simplified form (within 90 working days from the moment of crossing the state border of Kyrgyzstan);
- receiving medical and educational services on equal terms of payment with citizens of Kyrgyzstan;
- from the moment of occurrence of the right to land share and/or plot (in case of being an heir) to use it within 10 years until its alienation to a citizen of Kyrgyzstan.
The draft passed the procedure of agreement with state bodies and was sent for consideration to the Kyrgyz President’s Office.
