Bishkek, March 12, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz-German ministerial consultations took place in Bishkek, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The German delegation was headed by Commissioner for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia of Federal Foreign Office of Germany Michael Siebert. The Kyrgyz delegation was represented by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Azizbek Madmarov.
During the consultations between the Parties, a constructive exchange of views took place both on issues of bilateral cooperation and on topical issues of regional and international cooperation.
Kyrgyz deputy minister stressed the successful cooperation between the two countries in many areas of interaction of mutual interest, and noted the importance of further strengthening the political dialogue by organizing mutual visits and expanding economic cooperation.
The head of the German delegation positively noted the democratic development of Kyrgyzstan and expressed the readiness of the German side to further expand cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic.
