Kyrgyz government adopts two state documents in connection with COVID-19 pandemic

Bishkek, Aug. 25, 2020 / Kabar /. The government of Kyrgyzstan has adopted two documents at the state level in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, the country’s Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said at a briefing.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has become a problem not only for our country, but for the entire world. The experience of all states to combat it, the symptoms of the disease, the developed protocols, algorithms, laboratory vaccines and all economic problems have turned into world problems. Therefore, all states are forced to make cardinal changes to their plans,” Boronov said.

The prime minister said that the government adopted 2 documents last week at the state level. First, the government's action plan to ensure social stability, economic stability and support for the population's income. Second, an action plan to prepare for a possible second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in the fall-winter period of 2020/2021.
