Kyrgyz Government to continue working to protect human rights

Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2024. /Kabar/. A meeting of the Coordinating Council on Human Rights chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov was held Friday in the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan.

In the course of the meeting, topical issues of human rights protection, including the extension of the Action Plan on Human Rights for 2022-2024, adopted in November 2022 were discussed, the Cabinet of Ministers said.

Following the results of the meeting, the deputy head of the Kyrgyz Cabinet instructed state bodies to continue work on the protection of human rights and strengthening cooperation with international organizations.
