Bishkek, Oct. 4, 2020 / Kabar /. The government will make every effort to prevent unrest after the elections, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov told reporters.
“There are a lot of rumors. The world is full of rumors. I hope this will not happen. Everything will be stable in the country. And the government will make every effort to achieve this,” Boronov said.
The prime minister noted that it is not the first year that Kyrgyzstan has been holding elections using new technologies. “And I hope that today's achievement of Kyrgyzstan will enable the population to make the right choice. After all, today every voter is free to vote for the party he considers worthy. Recently, we have been holding the most transparent elections,” he said.
Parliamentary elections have started in Kyrgyzstan today at 08:00 a.m. local time, 2,475 polling stations are opened in the republic.
