Kyrgyz health minister and WHO representative discuss coon in healthcare

Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2023. /Kabar/. Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev received the WHO representative in the Kyrgyz Republic Liviu Vedrasco, the press service of the ministry reported.

At the beginning of the meeting, Liviu Vedrasco congratulated the minister on his appointment.

During the meeting, the sides discussed a seven-year strategy for country cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the WHO Regional Office for Europe. This strategy will be synchronized with the national health development program until 2030 “A healthy person is a prosperous country.”

Following the meeting, the sides confirmed their commitment to continue mutually respectful cooperation for the benefit of the health of the population of Kyrgyzstan.
