Bishkek, Aug. 16, 2022 / Kabar /. Acting Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Zharkynbek Kasymbekov signed an order to establish a working group to develop a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On reducing the number of rodents and insects in the country."
According to the document, despite the ongoing measures for deratization (from rodents) and disinsection (from insects) in the republic, registration of cases of bites by rodents and insects continues, in which diseases such as tick-borne encephalitis, plague, rabies, echinococcosis, etc. can be transmitted. To maintain epidemiological well-being in the country, it is necessary to carry out preventive measures. In this connection, in order to organize these activities to combat rodents and insects, it is necessary to develop a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
