Kyrgyz-Indian exercises “Kanjar - XI” to be held in India

Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2024 /Kabar/. From January 22 to February 3, 2024, a joint Kyrgyz-Indian special forces exercise “Kanjar-XI” will take place in India, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic said .

For two weeks, Kyrgyz and Indian military personnel will practice training special forces to conduct a joint special operation to destroy illegal armed groups in mountainous areas.

The training will end with a tactical episode with practical training of all previously completed training subjects.

Kanjar exercise was conducted last year on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
