Kyrgyz Interior Ministry, National Guard of Russia sign co-op agreement

Bishkek, June 17, 2022. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and the National Guard of Russia signed an agreement on cooperation.

The Interior Ministry reported that the document will serve the development and expansion of cooperation in the field of security, cooperation in the fight against extremism, prevention of illegal trafficking of weapons and drugs.

"The experience of the Rosgvardia in ensuring public order and security of citizens is of great importance for us. We pay special attention to the exchange of experience," Interior Minister Ulan Niyazbekov said at a meeting in Moscow.
