Kyrgyz kickboxer wins gold at World Martial Arts Games

Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2023. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz kickboxer Abror Khakimov won gold at the World Martial Arts Games, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports reported.

He competes in the up to 71 kilogram category. In the final match, Khakimov met with a French kickboxer and won.

The World Games in 15 types of martial arts has started in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, on October 20 and will end today, October 30. The Kyrgyz national team is represented by teams in sambo, jiu-jitsu, karate, grappling, Cossack kuros, alysh and kickboxing.
