Bishkek, Jan. 31, 2022 . / Kabar /. Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev and the Republic of Korea Chung Eui-yong exchanged congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries, the press service of the Kyrgyz MFA said.
In his congratulatory message, Ruslan Kazakbaev over 30 years of cooperation, a solid foundation for bilateral relations has been laid between the two countries.
“Regular political contacts at high and highest levels have been established, effective trade and economic cooperation within the Kyrgyz-Korean Intergovernmental Commission is underway, and interregional ties are being strengthened.
I would like to express the hope that the anniversary year will be marked by active and mutually beneficial cooperation on a wide range of bilateral and international issues, reflecting our common aspirations for the strengthening of peace, stability and prosperity,” the Kyrgyz foreign minister noted.
In turn, congratulatory message of South Korean FM Chung Eui-yong said that over the past thirty years, bilateral relations have continued to develop in various areas, not least in the political, economic and cultural spheres.
“This is indeed a significant milestone. On the eve of three decades, I sincerely look forward to working closely with you to further develop our partnership and strengthen ties in the future,” the telegram of the foreign minister of the Republic of Korea runs.
Chung Eui-yong wished his Kyrgyz counterpart health and well-being, and prosperity to the people of the Kyrgyz Republic.
