Kyrgyz leader offers condolences to President of Portugal over forest fires

Bishkek, June 20 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev expressed his condolences to Portuguese President Marcel Rebelli de Sosa in connection with the numerous human casualties caused by forest fires in central Portugal, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.

"On behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey deep condolences and words of sympathy to the relatives and friends of the deceased, as well as wishes for the speedy recovery to all those affected as a result of this natural disaster," says in the condolence message.
