Kyrgyz minister gets acquainted with work of Operational Control Center of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan

As part of a working trip to Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ulan Niyazbekov got acquainted with the work of the Center for Operational Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan became acquainted with the introduction of advanced information and communication technologies, about the principles of operation of the Operational Control Center, equipping the duty unit with a geographic information system, as well as about projects to install outdoor video surveillance cameras and photo and video recording.

The Kazakh side also demonstrated an algorithm of actions to prevent and prevent violations, which uses video information from several dozen cameras, including long-range surveillance, located in various parts of the city.

The activities of the Operational Control Centers and duty units of the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan are based on the rapid response to changes in the crime situation by maximizing the concentration of forces and means and coordinating their actions,” the ministry said.

Niyazbekov noted that the internal affairs bodies of Kyrgyzstan also use similar innovative technologies to continuously collect and analyze information about the operational situation in the country around the clock, as well as to protect citizens and prevent crime.

The Kyrgyz minister emphasized that the Operational Control Centers have proven their effectiveness as coordinators of the forces and means of the internal affairs bodies involved in the round-the-clock protection of public order.
