Kyrgyz minister of economy at meeting with Chinese ambassador discusses topical issues of co-op

Bishkek, Dec. 27, 2022. / Kabar /. Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev met with Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen.

According to the press service of the ministry, the meetings held at the end of the year have become a good tradition for summing up the results of trade and economic relations between the parties.

Topical issues of bilateral trade and economic cooperation were discussed at the meeting.

Amangeldiev noted the saturation of 2022 with pleasant events for the Kyrgyz-Chinese bilateral relations, as a result of which trade relations have reached pre-pandemic levels and are marked by positive growth dynamics.

The Kyrgyz minister noted with satisfaction the visit of the XUAR delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the People's Government of the XUAR Sun Hongmei on December 19, 2022 to the Kyrgyz Republic.

Du Dewen expressed her hope that the growth dynamics of trade and economic cooperation and the exchange of visits of delegations of the parties will continue steadily.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their hope for further fruitful cooperation.
