Bishkek, Sept. 6, 2021. / Kabar /. Investments Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almambet Shykmamatov met with representatives of the Turkish company Biotrend Energy, the ministry's press service reported.
The meeting took place within the framework of the trilateral memorandum on the implementation of the investment project "Design and construction of a waste recycling plant in Bishkek" between the Ministry of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Mayor's Office of Bishkek and the Turkish company Biotrend Energy, which was signed on August 23 this year in Bishkek.
As part of the implementation of the Memorandum, an expanded delegation, consisting of managers and technical specialists of the above-mentioned company, arrived in Bishkek in order to study in detail the construction of a waste recycling plant.
During the meeting, a detailed plan for the construction of a waste recycling plant in Bishkek was discussed, as well as the construction of a stadium and the development of a hotel business.
Biotrend Energy, a subsidiary of Doğanlar Holding, was founded in 2017 to become a technology development and application hub to complement its mission of investing in alternative energy generation. As of the end of 2021, Biotrend Energy has 13 operating factories.
