Bishkek, March 14, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Mederbek Aliyev submitted for public discussion a bill on establishing Father's Day in Kyrgyzstan on March 15.
According to the document, the initiative serves the important purpose of recognizing and supporting the role of fathers in the family and society, will help develop the emotional bond between father and child, form traditions of respect and recognition, and also support the active participation of fathers in raising children.
It should be noted that Father's Day as proposed by the bill is not a day off.
