Kyrgyz MPs take part in meetings of IPA CIS Permanent Commissions

Members of the Kyrgyz Parliament Aida Ismailova and Talant Mamytov took part in the meetings of the IPA CIS Permanent Commissions, held in the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg. At a meeting of the Commission on Social Policy and Human Rights, Aida Ismailova and her colleagues discussed draft model laws. In particular, the Migration Code for CIS member states, the laws “On Refugees”, “On Organ Donation”, “On Ensuring the Rights of Children to Health Protection in the CIS Member States”, “On Psychiatric Care and Guarantees of Citizens' Rights under Its rendering ".

The members of the commission were provided with information on the preparations for the IV St. Petersburg International Labor Forum, as well as on the results of the Technical Briefing on the establishment of a network of parliamentarians in the field of health at the 69th session of the European Regional Committee of the World Health Organization.

MP Talant Mamytov, member of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Defense and Security, took part in the discussion on the draft model law "On National Security", which is being worked out in accordance with the decision of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS that approved the "Cooperation Program on September 16, 2016." of the CIS member states in the fight against terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism for 2017-2019. ”

Talant Mamytov made a report on the draft Recommended typologies of new crimes committed using information technology.
