Kyrgyz national football team to play against Qatar today

Bishkek, Dec. 25, 2018. /Kabar/. The national football team of Kyrgyzstan will have a test match against the Qatari team today, the Federation of the sport reported.

Previously, the trainees of Alexander Krestinin played against representatives of Jordan, snatching the victory from their rivals with the score of 1:0.

“By agreement of the sides, the match will be held behind closed doors. Without viewers and media coverage,” the department reported.

The team from the Kyrgyz Republic is in Doha, where it is preparing for the upcoming Asian Cup.

The Asian Championship will be held from January 5 to February 1. The first game will take place on January 7 - the Kyrgyz team will play against China. Later, Kyrgyzstanis will compete with players from South Korea - on January 11. The team will have a match with the Filipinos on January 16th.
