Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2018 / Kabar /. Bishkek hosted inter-ministerial Kyrgyz-Pakistani political consultations at the level of Kyrgyzstan's Deputy Foreign Ministers Nurlan Abdrakhmanov and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Aitzaz Ahmed, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
During the consultations, the sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, specifically the prospects for expanding cooperation in political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
The sides also stressed the need to deepen the political contacts between the two countries, by continuing exchanging mutual visits at the highest levels, as well as expanding inter-parliamentary ties.
In the course of the negotiations, theissues of regional security were discussed and views on key international issues of mutual interest were exchanged as well.
